Terms of Service
Effective 31 August 2026. These terms govern the use of outfight.club — the arena, the leaderboard, product pages, the pre-launch questions and checkout. Using the site, listing a product, answering a question or paying for a plan means you accept them, and the Rules and the Privacy Policy with them.
Who runs this
- outfight.club is operated by [legal name], based in [country]. Written notices, complaints and removal requests: @elton_ani on X.
- These terms work alongside the Rules, which describe how the arena decides matches. Where the two disagree, these terms come first.
What the service is
- An arena. Products are paired for a 15-minute round, the crowd votes, and the one with more votes wins. Watching and voting are free.
- A paid plan buys how often a product fights and its priority in the queue. Nothing else. It does not decide who wins, does not appear in any leaderboard column, and is not a promise of visitors, clicks, customers or a result.
- Appearing in the arena is not our opinion of a product, an endorsement, a review or a certification, and we do not check that what a listed site claims is true.
- We may change, pause or stop features — rounds, categories, plans, the ranking formula — and we may take the site down for maintenance.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract.
- Using the site for a company means you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that company.
- You may not use the site if sanctions or the law where you are forbid it.
Voting
- One vote per person per match, and one answer per person per pre-launch question. The limit is enforced by the database, and getting around it is a breach of these terms.
- An account younger than 10 minutes votes with weight zero. Creating accounts, using proxies or scripting votes to move a result is forbidden, and costs the product involved its place.
- Answers to the pre-launch questions are public: who voted shows the country, half the address and the answer. Never the full address.
Listing a product
- Anyone can put a site in the arena, including one they do not own — it is a public index of products, not a claim of ownership.
- What you submit must be lawful, must not impersonate anyone, and must not point at malware, phishing or a page whose purpose is to deceive.
- Removal happens on request. Write to @elton_ani on X and the product comes off, with no verification asked of you. Every removal is logged.
- We may refuse, pause, recategorise, hide or remove any product at any time — for a breach, for a rights holder’s complaint, or because it puts the site at legal or security risk.
What may not go in
- Sexual or adult content, and platforms whose purpose is that content.
- Chat and invite links — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and the like: the arena is for products, not group chats.
- Link shorteners, and addresses that hide where they really go.
- Anything unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Offers that need a licence you do not hold — financial, medical, gambling, weapons.
- Interfering with the site: scraping beyond ordinary browsing, faking clicks, going around rate limits, or automating votes.
Plans and payment
- Plans are recurring. Checkout is handled by our payment processor, named on the checkout page; card numbers never reach us. Prices are shown before you pay and taxes may be added.
- A plan starts when the payment is confirmed and runs until the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel at any time and it stops renewing; the period already paid runs out.
- [Refunds — to be decided: whether a paid period is refundable, in full or in part, and whether you ask the buyer to waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital services.]
- Being beaten in the ring, fewer clicks than you hoped, downtime, or a removal for breach are not grounds for a refund.
Names, logos and what we show
- To run the arena we fetch and show public information about listed sites: name, tagline, favicon and category. It is used only to identify the product on outfight.club, and never as our own brand or as a claim that the rights holder is involved with us.
- If you list a product, you grant us the right to host, resize and publicly show that material for as long as the listing is up and in the archive of past matches.
- Rights complaints go to @elton_ani on X with: your name and contact, the page on outfight.club, the destination, what the problem is, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act. We may take the listing down while we look.
What we do not promise
- The service is provided as it is. It can be slow, unavailable or wrong, and vote counts, click counts and ranks can be incomplete.
- Numbers on the site describe what our systems measured. They are not a forecast of what you will get.
- Outbound links leave outfight.club. What happens on those sites is not ours to answer for.
Liability
- We do not limit liability that the law does not let us limit — intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
- Beyond that we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage, and our total liability for a claim about a payment is limited to what you paid us for that product in the three months before the claim.
- You cover us for claims that come from your listing, your site, your payment or your breach of these terms.
Changes and law
- We may change these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and using the site afterwards means accepting them. For a payment already made, the terms in force at checkout keep applying to it.
- These terms are governed by the law of [country], and the courts there decide disputes — except where the law of the place you live gives you rights you cannot sign away as a consumer.
- If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a clause once does not give it up.
